Ann  Westervelt, Felicia

Felicia enjoyed seeing her friends in class and would have been a 5th grader at South Seneca Central School. She exercised her boundless energy by playing soccer, baseball, bicycling, dancing and learning to roller-blade with her mom. She listened to music and worked hard to learn and master the clarinet. Felicia also entertained her cousin TJ for hours as the two played dress-up.

Felicia was always enthusiastic about socializing and looked forward to shopping excursions, talking on the phone and attending Girl Power Club meetings. While at home Felicia could often be found playing in the creek with her canine companions Mocha and Molly.

Felicia's most precious times were those spent with family, especially those enjoyed with her best friend, Dad. She was proud to be Daddy's little girl and will always be his special Angel .

In addition to her loving and devoted parents, Karl and Lori Westervelt, Felicia is survived by her 4-wheeling buddy and older brother Anthony and her firefly catching partner and younger brother Daniel; Paternal Grandparents, Mike and Cheryl Westervelt of Interlaken; Maternal Grandmother, Kay Cole of Interlaken; Great-Grandparents, Bob and Evelyn Dickerson of Auburn and Elizabeth Houseknecht of Ovid; aunts and uncles, Amy and (Justin) Conroy, Michelle and (Tim) Eighmey, Donald and (Arlene) Welch and Jeff and (Nai) Welch; cousins, T.J., Vanessa, Tanya, Craig, Christopher, Matthew and Jenna and countless friends who filled Felicia's heart with joy. In return for the joy received Felicia's smile and caring soul enlightened all who knew her. Felicia's quest was to make those around her happy and she never fell short. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for this adorable cherub.

The family will be present to receive their friends at the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South St., Trumansburg on Friday, August 1, 2003 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.

Services will be held at the Ovid Federated Church, 7137 N. Main St., Ovid on Saturday, August 2, 2003 at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Tony Roberts officiating. Prayers of Committal will follow at the Lake View Cemetery in Interlaken.
