Betsey Vanbenschoten

Betsey VanBenschoten of Interlaken passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the age of 91.

Betsey was born in Saratoga on February 28, 1927, a daughter of the late Frederick and Mabel (Frost) Clinnick. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Betsey was also an active member of the Interlaken community and was a lifelong member of the Interlaken Reformed Church.

Betsey is survived by two sons, Robert (Bonnie) and Richard (Doris); nine grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy, Kimberly, Brian, James, Lyndsey, MaryKay, Gregory, and Gwen; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas VanBenschoten in 2014.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Lake View Cemetery in Interlaken. Friends are invited to join the family at the gravesite, and to attend a light reception at the Interlaken Reformed Church at 10:30.
