Known for her ready smile and pleasant and welcoming nature, Betty was loved by many and was a trusted friend. She was self-less and always thought of others first. Her family was everything to her and time spent with them and with her pets was especially precious. Together with Walter she formed a team that touched all in their extended church family. They were accomplished dancers and great travelers and shared a special enthusiasm for Syracuse University basketball. Betty will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Many thanks to Betty’s caregivers from Brookdale Assisted Living, the Visiting Nurse Service, and HospiCare Ithaca.
