Bickham, Levi L. Jr.

Levi Lewis Bickham, Jr. of 106 Ward Heights North, Newfield passed away at home on Monday, January 12, 2009 at the age of 66.

Born in Owego, NY on October 13, 1942, Levi was the son of Levi Lewis Bickham, Sr. and Nina Price Bickham.

Levi enjoyed his painting profession over the years, working for contractors who were building new homes or making alterations to existing structures.

In addition to his parents, Levi was preceded in death by his son James; brothers Clifford, Irwin, Elmer, Howard and Donald; and sisters Delores, Loretta, Laura, Peggy and Dorothy. Levi is survived by his companion of many years Sandra Robinson of Newfield; one daughter Lisa Hamilton of Nevada; one brother Kenneth Bickham of Lodi; one sister Barb Nemecek of Binghamton; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog Midnight.

The family will be present to receive their friends from 10-11 am on Friday, January 16 at the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South St., Trumansburg. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jacquie Lewis officiating.
