Daniel Dewitt Griffen

Daniel Dewitt Griffen passed away at Hospice on December 18th, 2018 with family by his side. Dan was born July 25, 1933 in Ithaca, NY to
Walter and Maybelle Griffen, who predeceased him. He was an alum of Trumansburg High School. In 1956 he married Marjorie Palmer and
together they raised their family on the farm on Halseyville Road in Trumansburg. Marge passed away July 10, 2007.

He is survived by his children Debbie Griffen of Roswell, New Mexico, Dan and Karen (Kelly) of Trumansburg, Darryl and Susie (Danielle
and Dallas) of Jacksonville, Doug (Cory and Callie) of Trumansburg, Dustin and Amy (Dustin, Jr. and Derrick) of Enfield. Additionally, he is survived by his sister, Genevieve Miller Blye, of Enfield. Dan’s dog Toby sadly survives, and misses, his master.

In accordance with Dan’s wishes, there will be no services.
