Diane M. (Boyce) Woodard

Diane M. Woodard of Ithaca passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at the age of 80.

Diane was born in Ithaca on August 19, 1943, a daughter of the late Meredith and Caroline (Hakes) Boyce. She graduated from South Seneca High School and worked as a bookkeeper and was a residential house cleaner.

Diane loved spending time with friends and family. She was a Christian and had a very caring and kind heart.

Diane is survived by a daughter, Debra L. Woodard Neff; three grandchildren, Rachel Hendrickson Watson, Samantha Neff, and Matthew Neff; and a great grandson, Declan Watson. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Audrey MacCheyne.

A private graveside service was held at Lake View Cemetery in Interlaken.
