H. Brooks Naylor

H. Brooks Naylor passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2008 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 67 years, Ellen, who passed away in 2007.

Brooks was a WWII Navy Veteran, a Professor Emeritus of Microbiology at Cornell University, a dedicated educator, as well as an avid outdoorsman and father extraordinaire. He will be missed.

Brooks is survived by daughter Gail (Bill) Shaw of Trumansburg, NY, son Lynn (Gail) of Sparta, MI, son Roy (Johanna) of Anchorage, AK; and his grandson Eric.

The family extends special thanks to his caregivers Gina, Dottie, Pat, Patti, Missy, Sally, and Pauline, whose loving care added so much to our father's quality of life.
