Julianna Illes

Julianna Illes of Ithaca passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at the age of 78.

She was born in Hungary, a daughter to Antal and Julianna (Kapocsi) Kami.

Julianna is survived by her three children, Mary (Carl) Renner, Rose (Marc) Illes, and Johara Illes; four grandchildren, Steven (Brandy) Shellenbarger, Matthew (Ashlie) Shellenbarger, Nicole (Ryan Stump) Shellenbarger, and Darryl (Franciline) Wright; one great grandson, DJ Wright; sister, Anna Kami; niece, Tunde Nemeth; and great nephew, Mark Gazda. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Illes; her parents, Antal and Julianna Kami; and mother in law, Rose Illes.

In keeping with Julianna’s wishes, services will be private.
