Kevin M. Goodell Sr. of Trumansburg passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the age of 51.

Kevin was born on June 25, 1964 in North Adams, Massachusetts, a son of the late David Goodell and Anna Trottier. He worked for Napa in Trumansburg for 16 years, and then worked side-by-side with his son Eric at Gray Co Builders. An avid outdoorsman, Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and recently started mudding. He was a true jack of all trades and was an excellent mechanic. He also was a long-term member of the Trumansburg Fire Department. Above all, Kevin loved his family and always put them first.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Millie Goodell; five children, Eric (Kelly) Gray, Bobbie Jo (Jeremiah) Mahaffey, Edna (Mike) Harrison, Kevin Goodell Jr., and Noel Goodell; two step children, Doug Predmore and Kayla (Tom) Hunt; five siblings, David (Dale) Lincoln, Dale Duda, Brian (Nancy) Goodell, Carolyn (David) Moon, and Jolene Goodell; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law, aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his step father, Charles Lincoln; and a brother, Danny Lincoln.

The family will be present to receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00pm on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church, 5 Bradley Street, Trumansburg NY. Funeral Services will immediately follow at 2:00pm at the church with Pastor Tim Hamilton officiating.
