L. Bailey, Robert

Born on August 12, 1944 in Waterloo, New York, Robert was the son of Milton and Dorothy Williamson Bailey.

He graduated from the Trumansburg High School in 1962 and had been employed by Agway Petroleum in Ithaca for many years. An avid outdoorsman, Robert enjoyed fishing, hunting and nature photography, including flowers and wildlife. He was also a skilled woodworker who specialized in birdhouses.

Robert is survived by two sisters, Connie Green of Trumansburg and Suzie Williamson of Akron, Ohio; one brother William Updike of Phoenix, Arizona and several nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive their friends at the Ness- Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South St., Trumansburg on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 from 6:30 to 7:00 PM.

A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:00 PM with the Chaplain Judy Peppard officiating.
