Laura L.  Blaison

Laura Lee Blaison of Trumansburg passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the age of 50, after a brief illness.

Laura was born in Newburgh on September 21, 1967, a daughter of the late James and Marion (Farvis) Blaison. Laura Lee was a vivacious woman, who often enjoyed shopping, food of many varieties, and her special "miss miss" that she carried with her daily. Laura Lee gave the warmest hugs to all while singing her favorite songs from 50's doo-wop to Christmas tunes.

Laura is survived by many siblings, including her sister Mary Ann whom she resided with for many years; and many friends and caregivers at the Racker Center.

Calling hours will be held from 11:00am to Noon on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at Noon, at the funeral home.
