Layla Michelle Chilson

The exciting moments of pregnancy have turned to heartfelt loss and sorrow with the death of baby girl Layla Michelle Chilson on November 23, 2021.

She leaves behind her family who will always love and cherish her: parents, Ayla Neiss and Thomas Chilson and Zach Harris; grandparents, Charles Neiss, Melissa Delong, and Dawn and Roderick Chilson; step grandmother, Millie Goodell; great grandparents, Chuck and Sharon Neiss and Gary Snyder; brothers Aiden and Isaiah Chilson; uncle Charles Neiss V; and godmother, Destiny Daugherty. Layla will forever be watched over in heaven by her grandmother, Michelle Neiss and great grandmother, Jeanne Snyder, who preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00pm on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home.
