M. Asay, Doreen

Doreen Marie Asay of 4346 Cold Springs Road, Trumansburg, passed away at Lakeside Nursing Home on Sunday, April 24, 2005 at the age of 44.

Born on March 3, 1961 in Ithaca, New York, Doreen was the daughter of Earl and Carol Smith Yonge, who reside in Trumansburg. Doreen was a resident of Trumansburg her entire life and was a graduate of the Trumansburg High School in 1979.

In addition to her parents, Doreen is survived by her son, Corey (Tracy) Barkman of Trumansburg; one granddaughter, Caitlyn Barkman; one brother, Thomas (Isobel) Yonge of Binghamton and one niece, Natasha Yonge of Trumansburg.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South St., Trumansburg on Friday, April 29, 2005 at 10:00 am with the Rev. Billie Jean Melton officiating. Prayers of Committal will follow at the Grove Cemetery in Trumansburg.
