Lucy May Fisher
Of Trumansburg, NY and most recently a resident of Lakeside Nursing Facility, went home to the house of the Lord on November 29, 2003 at Lakeside. Lucy was born in LaFayette, NY to H. Ray and Eva Bresee on November 7, 1915 and spent all of her younger days there. Later in life she lived in Syracuse, Ithaca and most recently, for the past 32 years, in Trumansburg, NY.
Lucy is survived by her husband, Loren D. Fisher at Lakeside Nursing Home; a daughter, Bernice (John) Feller, of Trumansburg, NY; and sons, Richard (Karen) Jordan, of Fontainebleau, MS and Lawrence (Barbara) Jordan, of Random Lake, WI. Also as survivors there are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Lucy's wishes there will be no public viewing and no funeral service. However, there will be a memorial service for Lucy in LaFayette, NY in 2004 at a time to be decided by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South St., Trumansburg, NY. 1-888-534-5446.
