Michael J. Oechslin

Michael J. Oechslin, born August 5, 1957 to the late William M. Oechslin (Martha) and Amelia Majus Oechslin; brother to William M. Oechslin Jr. and the late Elizabeth Oechslin Richter, passed away peacefully at the hospice residence on East King Road in Ithaca, NY on June 4, 2016. Michael lost his brief battle with an illness, but was surrounded in person and in heart by his family.

Michael is survived by his brother, William; his nieces and nephews: Billy, John, Liz, Debbie, DJ, Nikki, Tony, Chris, Ashley and their families, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

In keeping the wishes of Michael, a cremation is planned without services. A family dinner will be planned in the near future, as Michael loved family dinners and driving tractor trailers.
