Peter J. Green

Peter J. Green of Ithaca passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the age of 71.

Peter was born in Hillcrest, NY on September 10, 1952. He was a longtime resident of the Racker Centers homes in Groton, Trumansburg, and Ithaca. He will be missed by his Racker Center Family. He was a member of the Ithaca Star Trek Club, the USS Accord for many years and was made Captain before they disbanded.

Peter is survived by his foster sister, Sandra Wiley and his foster brother, Bruce Church.  He was also a cherished friend of Sherry Burrows and the Burrows/McCown family, who considered Pete to be one of them.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on December 15, 2023 at Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg.
