Rebecca Bower

Rebecca F. Bower of Trumansburg passed away at home on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the age of 58.

Rebecca was born in Ithaca on December 17, 1954, a daughter of the late Robert and Gloria (Kiem) Farrell. She was an avid reader, decorator, and worked many years for the Ithaca school system.

Rebecca is survived by two sons, Josh Bower and Nick Tuttle; two adopted children, Vicky Shoe and Mark White; three brothers, Dan, Tim, and Andy Farrell; a nephew, Sean Farrell; and a close friend, Betty Collins. In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her partner, Ted Tuttle; and adopted child, Suzy Bower.

A Celebration of Rebecca’s Life will begin at 2:00pm on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Trumansburg Fairgrounds.
