Robert E. Lynch

Robert E. Lynch of Ithaca passed away at home unexpectedly on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the age of 63.

Bob was born in Ithaca on June 28, 1955, a son of the late Herman and Esther Lynch. He worked as a truck driver for the City of Ithaca and Pepsi. He enjoyed watching wrestling and football and was a diehard Buffalo Bills fan.

Bob is survived by his wife of 44 years Ann Lynch; children, Gene (Michelle) King and Tammy (Alan) Park; seven grandchildren, Blaine, Brett and Sierra Park, and Marissa, Meghan, Taylor and Nathan King; siblings, Sharron (Earl) Tuttle, Cathy (Brian Allis) Lynch, Ron Lynch, Dave (Suzanne) Lynch, and Mike (Darlene) Lynch; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, Herman Lynch; and sister, Connie Auble.

The family will be present to receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00pm on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg.
