Ruth C. Farrell

Ruth Conde Farrell, of Trumansburg, passed away on March 14, 2008 at the age of 87.

Born January 29, 1921, Ruth was a daughter of the late Alvan and Helen (Thompson) Conde. She resided her entire life on the family farm near Covert, NY.

She was married to Edward J. Farrell of Victor, NY on December 23, 1943, and they enjoyed 61 years together before his passing in January of 2005. Ruth was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker and was involved in many community organizations throughout her lifetime.

Ruth is survived by her sister, Hope Conde Bower of Trumansburg; her and Ed's children; E. Joseph (Roberta) Farrell of Trumansburg, Mary (Rick) Farrell May of King Ferry and Patrick Farrell of Ovid. Also surviving Ruth are her grandchildren, Megan, Clarissa and Robert Farrell, Andrew (Tara) and Elizabeth Gross, Jessi and Silas Farrell; and one great grandchild, Noah Gross.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
