Theresa M. Egan

Theresa M. Egan, formerly of Interlaken, NY, passed away at The Baird Nursing Home in Rochester on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the age of 94.

Born on August 2, 1917 in Erin, NY, Theresa was the daughter of the late Charles and Theresa (Haselbauer) Tobey. For many years she owned and operated a beauty salon in Interlaken. Theresa enjoyed sewing and was a talented cook. Many delicious meals were shared with family and friends as they gathered in her home.

In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur D. Egan; and a son Arthur Dennis Egan. She is survived by her daughter, Jane E. Egan of Rochester; and several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Lakeview Community Church, 30 Long Pond Road, Greece with the Rev. Bill Hoffman officiating.
